Travel Eritrea is hosting an essay contest on the occasion Eritrean Independece Day on May 24, 2010. We are inviting talented writers to research and write on one or all tourist attractions that Eritrea has.
Contest period
The contest is open between March 10, 2010 – May 23, 2010. The winners will be notified on September 15, 2009.
Contest entry
An essay must be new and original. The essay must have been conceived by the entrant and be the sole and original work of the entrant. Entries must present Eritrea’s impressive and exceptional tourist attractions in an articulate literature.
A. be not more than 500 words , typed and double-spaced and uploaded to our server using the online form;
B. be based on researched and documented facts.
Judging
There will be three judges who will examine the articles and give verdicts on the winners. The team will be composed of English literature scholar and tour operators.
Prizes
The following will be the prizes for the top three articles.
First prize: A luxurious afternoon in Asmara palace with Massage, Swimming and dinner included.
